Villa Allegrini, a charming Residenza d’Epoca for your Events
Villa Allegrini dates back to 1760 and it was originally a hunting residence lodge owned by the Allegrini family.
It is an attractive residence spreading over three floors surrounded by olive groves and ancient oak woodland and it is perfectly located just a few hundred metres from the town centre. It has been completely refurbished and offers a wide range of La Pace Hotel services.
This Residenza d’Epoca is wonderfully located overlooking the local monumental town of Segni, mountains and long walking paths. There is a also a small playpark for children.
There is a full restaurant service on two of the three floors in this elegant building where leisure events are also held. The kitchens are located on the ground floor and there a dining room catering for approximately forty people.
There is a large hall that has been recently painted by the artist Attilio Bedini with an antique stone fireplace and there are three additional small halls. There is an attic apartment covering more than 100 square metres on the second floor.
The superb position and harmonic architecture of the villa with its special interiors feature stone portals and niches, antique floors, wrought iron balconies and antique rural machinery, would really add an extra charm to your events (graduation parties, anniversaries, family dining, etc) and the innovative cuisine of the Lorenzi family would make them even more special.
