For generations now, we have personally prepared the dishes that we serve our guests everyday: from typical cold cuts and cheeses from local dairies to handmade pasta (the traditional 'fregnaquanti') and stuffed ravioli (with Lepini mountain truffle for example), not forgetting our authentic soups.
Our meat all strictly comes from local and national production; we select lamb, pork, rabbit, boar and game to combine with romanesco artichokes, typical 'grasses' such as ragwort, chicory and many other delicious vegetables.
For over 40 years, we eat fresh fish from the sea on Tuesdays and Fridays, a tradition that has always been popular with our guests. Our desserts are all homemade: breakfast cakes, tarts, meringues, mousses, wine donuts and butter biscuits for a start and then of course the legendary Mont Blanc, Black Forest gateau, semi-freddo or traditional local oven baked trifle. Enjoy the authentic feel of our modular rooms, which have room for between 10 and 300 guests, or choose a private room (Acquario or Caratelli) for small meetings, private parties or family reunions.
The superior dining rooms are usually reserved for congresses and banquets. Rooms on the ground floor are used daily for the restaurant service or banquets. During high season, a large terrace is home to our open-air restaurant were guests can enjoy our delicacies with a light breeze.
